ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 - 4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 4 business days using DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Flat rate shipping fees vary by product type.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our domestic shipping rates have an estimated delivery time of 4 - 10 business days with a $3 - $13 shipping fee.
Estimated delivery dates do not include processing or shipping times.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only and depend on multiple factors such as order volume, fulfillment capacity, print file issues, out of stock products, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, and harsh weather conditions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our international shipping rates have an estimated delivery time of 4 - 20 business days with a $2 - $39 shipping fee.
Estimated delivery dates do not include processing or shipping times.

We offer international shipping to most countries except to the following locations: Samoa, Guam, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Chad, Ecuador, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Pakistan, Qatar, Russian Federation, American Samoa, Somalia, North Korea, South Korea, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Creator of Art Studios, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
DELAYED ORDERS
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at creoastudios@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
